Abhijit Bhattacharjee, Director : Over twenty-eight years as social development and management consultant and senior manager in international organisations, Abhijit has provided training, coaching and consulting services to United Nations Agencies, Red Cross Red Crescent organisations, government agencies, NGOs and civil society organisations internationally on strategy development, monitoring & evaluation, and change management. Finlay Craig, Associate : Managing Director of factsinternational.com, with expertise in fundraising, communications, training, strategic planning and international development. He has worked with nonprofit organisations for over thirty years in senior management positions and as a consultant. An internationally acclaimed trainer and fundraiser, Finlay's customers include WHO, IPPF-EN, UNICEF, Plan International, Scottish Local Authorities, National Kidney Research Fund and Scottish Wildlife Trust.

Gopal Rao, Associate: An organisational development and resource management specialist with over 30 years of experience in the international development and humanitarian sector. He specialises in strategy development, programme reviews and resource management systems. Clients include Oxfam International, Water Aid, Fairtrade Labelling Organisations (FLO), International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC) and Riders for Health. Prior to consulting, Gopal played diverse roles with Oxfam Great Britain; was Vice President at Oxfam America and CEO of Responding to Conflict. Gopal has a certificate in International Development, a professional Finance Qualification and a Masters in Business Administration.

Murray Culshaw, Associate: Based in India, Murray works with NGOs in South Asia helping them develop their fundraising capacity. He advises small and large NGOs on developing fundraising and communication strategy aimed at mobilising local resources and public support. Murray runs a series of training courses in India on fundraising which are highly acclaimed in the country.
