Continuous leaning, monitoring and evaluation are crucial for ensuring value for money and accountability in development and humanitarian programmes. We take a multi-disciplinary approach to assessing and developing M & E systems, as well as carrying out real-time and impact evaluations of development and humanitarian assistance programmes. We also undertake organisational reviews and institutional analyses which are the building blocks for capacity building in organisations.
Our approach is built on utilisation-focussed methodology based on results-based management frameworks, and driven by organisation’s need to deliver and demonstrate results. Our work in this area has enabled several UN agencies, international NGOs, aid organisations and Red Cross/Crescent institutions across the world to develop their organisational capacity and programme portfolios in poverty eradication, disaster risk reduction and humanitarian programmes.
